The property was very clean, however secure internet was not available, and the desk clerk did not have a reasonable explanation why this was. A large portion of my 2 night stay was dependent on being able to work, which I was not able to do.

The room was very clean and had a wonderful layout. The receptionist at the front desk was courteous and friendly. As this was our first time at this hotel she took time to explain where and how to get to our room as well as giving us information on food and the breakfast time. We enjoyed are stay.

房间入住时很脏。枕头上有头发，床单上有污垢和污渍。门上的安全锁几乎只靠螺丝固定着。淋浴几乎无法使用。我们一家六口入住，房间里只提供了三条浴巾。房间里没有备用的卫生纸。酒店前台人员配备不全，只有一个工作人员偶尔会在客人入住时出现。非常不专业。总而言之，花了300美元住一个周末，体验却非常糟糕。凯悦酒店，请改进！
过去几年我们多次入住这家酒店。然而，最近一次的体验却令人失望。
唯一值得称道的是经理（很抱歉我记不起她的名字了）。办理入住时，她提醒我们酒店里住着好几支青少年冰球队，并详细介绍了酒店为他们安排的各项措施，以尽量减少对其他客人的干扰。我很感谢她的提前告知以及酒店采取的各项措施。
然而，房间的清洁程度却远低于预期。浴室地板上有头发，马桶座圈也脱落了（大约八分之一的座圈）。马桶座圈散发着浓烈的尿骚味，看起来像是尿液渗到了脱落区域的边缘。
早上7:30左右，咖啡里没有奶油或奶精，只有巧克力牛奶。稍后我们去餐厅吃饭时，发现早餐竟然是切好的热狗（我猜想冰球队肯定把所有的香肠和培根都吃光了）。
虽然我很喜欢凯悦酒店的房间布局，但这次入住体验并没有达到我们之前的体验或预期。
厕纸架快要从墙上掉下来了。水龙头也转不动。房间里没有补充润肤露和面巾纸，我不得不向人要。压垮骆驼的最后一根稻草是，我打开冰箱，发现里面有两盒干巴巴的剩披萨和面包棒，估计是前一位房客留下的。室外的烟灰缸旁到处都是烟头，其中一个敞开的烟灰缸里堆满了垃圾，我都没用，直接把掐灭的烟头扔进了更大的垃圾桶。
这是我人生中最糟糕的经历。床上用品太差劲了，脏兮兮的，尤其是被子。我拍了照片，真希望可以附在这里。我们按照前台人员的建议，给物业经理发了邮件，并附上了照片，但她没有回复。最后我们和她沟通了，她回复说，哦，这些是羽绒被，我家也用同样的，而且这个是羽毛，颜色是这样的……解释太糟糕了，没有道歉。
