Place was very clean and quiet. Drain in bathroom was only issue....it didn't drain well. Was standing in water of person who showered before me.

Breakfast was your standard options. The property was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was not great. And the beds were kinda hard. For the price, I don’t think I’ll be back.

No maid service on weekends Had to make beds and go to main desk for fresh towels. Bathroom towels few were dirty Bathroom shower curtain smelled No exhaust system in bathroom.

Supervisor on phone with front desk attendant extremely unprofessional (shouting obscenities, etc).
Room could have been cleaner, especially bathroom.

The room was clean, quiet and roomy. Only complaint would be no dresser to put clothes in, but a roomy closet with plenty of hangers. Not an issue for a 2 night stay.

Comfort Inn at Monticello was surprisingly very good! Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast fine... the bathroom was slightly outdated, but still worked perfectly and was very clean. We'd stay here again and again. It's a little far from UVA...maybe 15 minutes, so location for UVA isn't perfect but it's a very nice hotel for less.

我不是个写评论的人，但这次糟糕的体验让我别无选择。我提前在网上预订了酒店，并要求订一间无烟房。我不抽烟，我的家人也不抽烟。到达酒店后，我一开始打不开房间。我不得不两次回到办公室，直到服务员帮我打开门，结果出乎意料的是，房间里弥漫着一股难闻的气味。而且，从外面看，这里乱糟糟的，到处都是脏兮兮、臭烘烘的。但当时已经太晚了，所以我也不想去别的地方了。更让我意外的是，他们给我的房间也弥漫着难闻的气味。我去换了一间房，他们却非常粗鲁地告诉我，他们没有其他房间了，我必须住在那间房里。我告诉他们，我不能住在那间房里。
我带着年幼的孩子，我妈妈不能住在那间房里。我不得不离开。如果可以打零分，我一定会打。
