Immediately got my room switched for having stained linens and pillow cases as well as trash on the floor. The second room was worse with burned furnature, visible damage to the room, and smelled of cigarettes. I requested a refund and was denied.

Check-in was with a mumbler who was on his phone, on speaker, TV playing and a gas station style window system to pass ID thru. Hearing him was festive. Couldn't tell when I should pay attention because it was my turn to be mumbled at. Beds were clean but sheets needed mended or replaced. The stock photo of breakfast needs removed from the website. Coffee machine is all there is. Bathroom is small but clean and serviceable. Hotel stair carpet is gray but dirty black 6" from wall. Close to 131 is it's best feature.

我和儿子去大急流城（Grand Rapids）地区参加一场篮球赛。我们晚上7点半左右到酒店办理入住。我在大堂等了大约15分钟才有人来帮忙。
酒店内部有股陈旧的烟味，走廊很脏，包括地毯。我们进了房间（319），床单上都是烟头烫的洞，还有些我们不知道是什么的“东西”。我们考虑了一下该怎么办，最后决定将就一晚，因为第二天一早我们就要走。我们把暖气调高了一点，穿着衣服睡在床上最干净的那层床单上，没盖被子。床两边的壁灯都没有灯罩，灯不亮，上面的插座也用不了。角落里的扶手椅上全是污渍，扶手又旧又脏，我们根本不想坐。地毯太脏了，我儿子从床走到浴室再走回来，他白色的袜子底已经完全黑了。浴室门变形得很厉害，浴室内部上方的铰链是好的，但下面的铰链完全没有了，门框看起来像是被撞弯过，所以门开合都不顺畅。
整个酒店看起来破旧不堪，完全没人打理……
这真的很令人失望，完全没想到会这样。我们经常为了比赛外出旅行，大部分时候都会选择速8酒店。但这次绝对是我们住过最糟糕的一次。

我预订时支付了包含两份早餐的费用，但到店后却被告知酒店不提供早餐，可我的旅行App上却依然扣了早餐费。太让人失望了。
被子和床单上都有烟头烫的痕迹。微波炉很脏。不过总得找个地方睡觉吧
