The floors needed mopping! I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up. There was so much dirt coming up…. It was dirty!! The pillows were almost as flat as a pancake. I was disappointed.

Room smelled of bleach but the floor was slippery in spots and sticky in spots. Saw a few roaches.

NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY
My father is in a wheelchair and the lady at the front desk made us pull him up the stairs to get to our room. This could have been dangerous to all of us involved. She did not offer any help or ask anyone to switch rooms or help us.

We checked in late from the AU/GA game. Doors were locked & took front desk 30 mins to come to desk & check us in. We had a suite (or so you say) - no sheets/pillows or anything. Roaches in room as well. Will not go back to this hotel!

The room and furnishings were great. The only complaints I have is 1. Checkin took an awfully long time because the desk staff moves VERY SLOW, she's sweet but slow, 2. There wasn't an ashtray in the smoking room and 3. Housekeeping left trash in the floor and left an empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom. Overall a nice stay except for a few small issues. Will stay again.

Will not stay again
It appears to be a property mainly used for housing. Sketchy looking people hanging outside the rooms. The floors were dirty and the tub had a used wash cloth and used soap still in it so it definitely wasnt cleaned. The bed and pillows were lumpy. And to top the stay off, housekeeping entered the room at 7 am while we were still asleep, when checkout is at 11. At the pricepoint I paid, its definitely not what was expected.
