The manager at this hotel doesn’t know how to stop talking and listen to his customers. Very rude and disrespectful won’t be staying here.

酒店回复: Sir, When you called, you were extremely rude to my front desk staff and began yelling at them when he tried explaining the authorization hold. After going back and forth with you and being disrespected, he transferred the phone to me as he was not going to be verbally abused any longer. I, too, tried to explain that you were not double charged, but you kept interrupting me as well, and then proceeded to yell at me. At that time, I said all I had to say, told you myself and my staff will not be talked to that way, you were not double charged, and to have a good day. I wish the best of luck in your future hotel stays at other properties in Missoula. Good day.

Right off the Interstate! Easy access to restaurants near by. Stay here everytime we are in Missoula! Definitely will return

Tucked away, difficult to find. Allows up to 2 week parking and transportation to/from the airport with stay. Great variety of breakfast items!

Was OK, Not The Best
Tv remote and tv didn’t work. Front desk said they would send someone up. Never did. Mom with two lil ones age of 6 and no tv. Joining rooms and someone kept trying to open the door between rooms throughout the night. Didn’t sleep well.

Very nice accommodations and friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. Clean and safe location away from busy downtown Missoula, but close to the airport. Amazing choices and quality for on-site breakfast.

Very nice, well maintained property. Staff was excellent. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Definately a great place to stay.

服务热情，酒店前台清楚记得我们之前入住过，所以给我们安排了我们喜欢的房间。酒店地理位置优越，特斯拉超冲就在酒店的停车场，门口马路对面就是非常受欢迎的“饼干桶”美国老乡村连锁餐馆。早餐丰富，还有西式的咸菜。

酒店里最棒的早餐：正宗橙汁、美味香肠、美味的鸡蛋卷饼配料、华夫饼、新鲜水果……选择太多了。
漂亮的室内泳池、桑拿房和按摩浴缸。真想再住一晚！
