This hotel is going to be upgraded apparently soon. When he got to the room, the curtain end was hanging, no hangers, drawers were missing, the hair dryer was coming out the wall, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the holders on the wall, the pillows were small and flat, we couldn't get the TV on.
We did arrive before 5 pm, so maintenance came: curtains fixed, TV fixed, hangers appeared, hair dryer was placed on the counter. The front desk got us Irish Spring 5 in One sample bottle. So many issues were addressed.
The room was clean, no bugs, we didn't use the microwave or refrigerator. For $63 a night, this seemed we got a bit better than we paid for.

前台那位女士在我抱怨WiFi太慢时态度很差。床单上有污渍。房间灯光非常昏暗。没有椅子,微波炉也很糟糕。第一个房间甚至没有冰箱和微波炉。他们把我换到离路由器近的房间,希望能有更强的WiFi信号,但结果还是一样。不过我没再抱怨,因为我第二天早上就要退房了。
我不小心预订了房间,并在1分钟内请求取消。但没有成功,电话那头的人甚至不会说英语。简直是中式服务。
