When Andre was working in the kitchen for breakfast I loved how he kept walking and making sure nothing was empty, he would go get the coffee refill it while still making sure food was available for the guests. He kept it clean even while it was packed. I stayed a week and the times he was there it was the same service from him. I definitely recommend

Staff was not welcoming or friendly. Hotel seemed a bit dated. They offered a delicious, free breakfast. Very clean rooms

Fridge didn’t work correctly, it either was too cold and froze or everything or too warm. No in between. Don’t work when you have meds that need refrigerated.
AC didn’t work.
ICE machine Didn’t work we had to go to the front desk if we needed it.
Unit had water damage including microbial growth in the window.
Bathroom had hair on the ceiling.
Random people would try to get in room through out the night or just being annoying and shaking the door when they walked by.

早餐是我们这几天在美国吃到的最好的。
但最棒的是这里的服务。开门的那个人看到我英语不太好，就用西班牙语跟我说话。我下楼去前台办了几次事，尽管已经过去了几个小时，他仍然记得我，因为他一直用西班牙语跟我说话。我很感激这个细节。
