Tile floors throughout the room make it impossible to sleep as every sound seems amplified by the darkness - talking in the halls, showers running, toilets flushing, the elevator bell, elevator mechanicals, A/C units running, dogs barking in the halls, traffic rolling on the interstate just outside. I left before the sun came up and will not stay here again.

This Motel 6 was clean and conveniently located just off the freeway. Check-in was smooth but I was surprised when they informed me that it was a minimalist motel and I was presented a list of normal amenities like shampoo available at an additional cost.
Overall this was a good stay....I was just taken aback because I have never encountered this type of motel before.

Things to come?
I have stayed at this motel periodically since 2007 during my trips to Kalispell and back. Nice rooms and they have been remodeling and upgrading for years. My low rating is due to the fact that the candy machine vendor has forced this motel from supplying free shampoo and conditioner to customers. So this was a rude awakening thinking they would supply these items as always before, so I had to purchase shampoo for $1.50 from the machine. Who is running this establishment? The vendor. How do you expect to be competitive?

Outstanding customer service. Efficiency and kindness of all staff (front desk & cleaning teams. Even those on training were incredibly efficient and professional)
VERY clean, excellent quality & comfortable beds/bedding in large, spacious rooms (where pets are allowed at no extra charge.)
The AC/Heating system works wonders on top of being extremely quiet.
Immaculate bathroom w/ great water pressure.
Right by the I-15 (so light traffic can somewhat be heard, though it didn’t bother us nor did it wake us up), only 3 exits / less than 10mns away from downtown Missoula where everything is.
Starbucks, gas station, Cracker Barrel etc. on the lot or directly across and within walking distance.
Our only suggestion would be to add blinds behind the thick curtain and a small coffee/espresso machine to each room.
This Motel 6 is otherwise in pristine condition.

Room was extremely small. Inadequate table space to eat and watch TV. Had to eat on bed. No showering products or hair dryer. Cheaper area hotels have more conveniences. Considering canceling upcoming stay at Motel 6..one of worse stays ever

房间又好又干净。区域也很安全。一家翻新过的 Motel 6。如果你只是想找个地方过夜，这里很棒。
这正是我想要的：简约、干净，还有一张舒适的床。前台接待人员也非常友善和乐于助人。另外，这个小镇真不错。我步行去了Cracker Barrel吃晚餐，然后又在附近散步：到处都是面带笑容的友好居民。
因修车被迫在此住一晚，在汽车旅馆中还算比较好的。
