For the price it was great. I wanted a clean bed and a place that was easy. I could park right by my room and getting in and out was easy and quick.

The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Hair all over the bathroom, a boot print on the bed sheet, poorly patched walls, stained (and wet) carpet...absolutely disgusting. If there had been other hotel availability in Missoula that night, I would have eaten the $200 and moved hotels. When I told the front desk that the room was really dirty, his response was, "ok". That's it. Nothing else. Just...OK. Obviously I'm not the first person to complain. Will NEVER stay here again.

The shower had mold in it (we did not even chance using it), the floor in front of the toilet has paint peeling. The bathroom door was rotting off from the bottom. There were spiders on the floor. And the clerk at night spoke very poor English. Had it not been so late we would’ve left, even if we had lost our money. The pictures on ******* are not accurate at all! This place was a dump, with very sketchy clientele. We were so disappointed.

on inital check in, the room we were initally assigned was un made and dirty towels all over the room. Additionally, breakfast offerings were very limited and some appeared old

酒店回复: We do apologize that one of our housekeepers had forgot to clean the 1st room you had been assigned. Our breakfast has over 11 different breakfast sandwiches to choose from & is restocked daily. If busy restocked throughout breakfast hours. The Breads & bagels are kept in baggies to keep them fresh longer & tossed every few days. We have hard boiled eggs & yogurt, 2 kinds of cold cereal & oatmeal, oranges & apples. We're sorry if you didn't find anything you liked.

The surrounding area had homeless people everywhere. Air conditioning was broken and couldn’t be adjusted. Shower had mold around the edges and the room was smelly. There was rodent droppings in the corner of the lobby area. This was the worst place I have ever been. Checked out and found a cleaner friendlier place to say. ******* needs to vet places before listing them as places to book.

when we got to our room, it was super cold as the air was blowing full force. We tried to change the settings and it was either on or off. The bathroom was awful - not clean and the floor was full of debris. No kleenex in the box, no bag in the ice container which was filthy. We would have left if there were any other available options for the night. The place is old and obviously falling apart. We have stayed there previously but this was the worst! NEVER AGAIN!

Room was not clean. Floor was dirty, found ants in the corner next to the bed. Food was left from previous occupants in the fridge. Mosquitoes in the room. Called front desk to let them know and was told they will contact housekeeping but nobody showed up.

The beds were super comfy. The linens looked, smelled, and felt fresh and clean. While everything else was very clean and smelled nice--the ceiling in the shower had a mold spot. The space was very relaxing for the night.
