The fire alarm went off at 7:45am on the first morning and it was WAY TOO LOUD. The walls and floor are concrete and the noise was literally so deafening that I couldn't even think my way out of that room let alone walk out. I don't even think the decibel level of the alarm was to code standards. NFPA 72 and many local codes limit fire alarm appliances to a maximum sound pressure level of 110 dBA at the minimum hearing distance from the appliance, which would be from the perspective of a person standing under the alarm. There is no way that this passes code given the concrete floors / ceiling.
but to their credit the staff was very nice and they gave me some points on some account that I can't easily access without spending 30 minutes to fix something (for whatever that's worth).
Everything else about this hotel I really like. Staff was very nice and I like this modern architecture. Desk was big. I was able to do lots of work. The free wifi was a very decent rate of 80 mbps download... I can't remember the upload. Everything about this hotel is good... except the fire alarm.
I'd come here again... but not before having earplugs
ready to go in an emergency.

Clean, Convenient hotel. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants. Beds, pillows are extremely comfortable! Enjoyed are stay

This is the third time that I have stayed at this hotel and it is an amazing place to stay! Rooms are clean and well stocked. The location is great and the customer service is 100% OnPoint Carlos the concierge was amazing, and assisting me in multiple ways during my stay.

The staff was great, and the room was clean. There are NO extras like in other rooms I have stayed in—no refrigerator, microwave, extra pillows, or full-length mirror.
The room was a bit claustrophobic; you are surrounded by concrete, giving it a very industrial feel, especially with the overhead exposed fire sprinkler piping. The lighting was not bright, making reading difficult. The bathroom sink does not allow for comfortable teeth brushing or face washing; it just feels "off". Again, NOTHING wrong with the room, it was just not what I was expecting.

The property was in a good location, clean & comfortable. Honestly, I was just there for a good night's sleep & to continue my drive in the morning, so I did not explore much. They have a restaurant on site, but we chose to eat breakfast at a local restaurant across the street.

Everything was cold looking and gray - kind of depressing. Bathroom door wouldn’t slide all the way shut and that sink is so tiny! Bathroom felt like it was in the bed space - kind of weird. I did like the art at the hotel. Wouldn’t stay here again.

It was wonderful. Not one problem. The only idea is to maybe include breakfast in the stay or charge less.
