The whole experience was great except that there was no elevator or assistance to carry my heavy bag upstairs.
Apparently people who book online from ******* cannot have downstairs rooms.
Last year, same hotel, I booked thru ******* and had a downstairs room.
I was probably among the first to check in on Oct 6, and the parking lot never filled up.
So, I felt like I was treated unfairly.
The morning shift was very very nice

Nice and clean. Had a very squeaky bathtub and the bathroom room faucet was loose. Overall though, a pleasant experience.

The ac wouldnt hardly work as well as the tv kept turning off and wouldnt stay connected to the internet to play anything we tries to call the frint desk and no one answered went to swin in the pool and had no towels asked for bath towels for the room to shower and was given pool towels.

Quiet, good location, nice steak house, Montana Club, next door, good breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. Internet was extremely slow and motel descktop computer was Windows 10 and very, very slow. I will stay here again. Overall a 5 star for me.

Was not aware that Hotel did not have elevator . My husband just had back surgery and we picked the 2nd Floor … so was kind of a pain for me . Also we are early risers and usually stay someone where Breakfast is at 6:00 AM
