Arrived at check in and upon entering the room found it was very cold. Turned up the heat and looked around to see why it was so cold. I found that the the exterior window was wide open and this was a ground floor room. Very disconcerting to say the least.

Abit rough around the edges but sufficient. Lady at check in was only doing her job. Nothing more. Get the butter out of the fridge.

First scheduled room was not clean so they moved us to another which was ok. But they forgot to program our door key cards to the new room and we had to continuously go to the desk for a new program key card, hassle for sure.

Comfortable bed and clean sheets, quiet surroundings, breakfast good.
Bad was that bathroom floor was sticky and I couldn’t get anyone to answer phone and no one at desk to tell - so I wore shoes in the room, which is atypical for me.

Breakfast was good. The biscuits were awesome! Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Bed was good!
