Room was good. A/c didn't work ,got switched to another room. Staff was nice, it was a newer unit ,so that was good.

The room/ staff / breakfast and AC were excellent. Very clean. Only put of they was the swimming pool. The pool and jacuzzi were so cold my kids and I were disappointed and had to find other ways to keep them occupied in the evenings.

Yes staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable bed, it had everything we needed. Good size desk and office chair.

热水浴缸又坏了。电梯又坏了，这是我们第二次遇到这种情况了。洗衣设施没有任何改善。我们在这里住了六次，只有一次顺利入住多日，而且没有任何问题。我们很喜欢这里的地理位置，但不会再冒险入住了。房卡也重新制作了两次。真是太令人沮丧了。
马桶一直漏水，即使冲水也没用。床上的枕头很小。冰箱坏了，我们的食物都变质了。早餐倒是挺好吃的。
我们在这里住了一晚。房间很大。工作人员非常友好。可惜的是，就像美国常见的情况一样，早餐里的塑料制品太多了。又是塑料杯。
