Terrible place! Freezing pool, nasty staff and manager! I never complain normally but this place was terrible!!! I would never stay that again. We paid $110 for the night - the customer service was the worst ever! The manager is a nasty, nasty man. All we did was ask in the morning if we could have a late check out, and he basically accused us of being con artist because we went through orbitz and asked for one extra hour check out late instead of normal checkout and then proceeded to put a note on the door to see what charge us triple if we stayed a minute past 11 AM!

The staff was great. It’s the $400 deposit policy for locals that no one was notified about until check in and also the hot water did not work in our room. My kids took cold showers.
Our bedding had stains all over them. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Clean the bathroom smell a lots of pee. Seems like they just clean with a dry cloth aroud the toilet.

This place I’ve stayed here many times, and the room is always clean and the amenities are clean and the extra towels are great. However, the customer service from every staff member including the owner they treat me like I am a family member. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home at a motel. Thank you all for everything you have done for me and how you have treated me with such kindness and respect. Total professionalism comes from everyone and Kelly the night I got there which was at midnight something went wrong with my credit card and they made sure I had a place and overlooked it so I could fix the issue the next morning. Amazing most would turn you away not these amazing people.. thank you all for everything.

Pictures did not depict what the rooms and lobby
Looked like. Very dated. Fan in bathroom was so loud you could not talk over it. Very disappointing. The hotel desk person was very nice.

We didnt end up staying. It was ghetto, smelled like hot breath and B.O. went to turn the AC on and a burnt smell filled the room that was just aweful. So i called the front desk and told him we would not be staying. Was told to call ********** to try and get my money back, but of course as soon as they called the front desk, i was denied a refund, of course. This room mind you was $256/night?!?!?!?!?! Thats robbery. I wouldnt have paid $50 if i knew how ghetto this place was going to be. And to not get any kind of refund is just absolutely absurd.
