This hotel is right by the University and walkable to the campus (where parking is extremely limited). The staff was very friendly and check in was fast and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with refrigerator and microwave. There is a grocery store nearby and other restaurants in the area.

Staff or housekeeping wouldn’t return garments left in room closet. When I called the next day regarding them I was told they would do their best to find them and would call me back. I did not get a call back. I spoke with three separate staff members who said a version of this and never called me back. I called corporate and they gave me a claim number and also no follow up, unfortunately these were expensive items. My wife and I travel a lot and we have never had an issue like this. Their reaction to the situation leaves me to believe this is a regular issue. We won’t be staying there again.

Very welcoming @ check in. Requested daily towel service which was accommodated. Daily hot breakfast with a daily hot food menu change. Not just waffles!
Quite except for freight train traffic. Hotel itself very quiet & very safe area with well lit parking.
King bed comfortable. Booked suite as stayed a couple of days.
Strongly recommend
Boise travelers.

My room was exceptionally clean and had a wonderful view of the river! The staff was inviting and friendly. The biggest perk was the walkability to campus and downtown.
