Great riverside location and excellent service

I really like how all the rooms angle their windows either towards the south- either the river or the hills. The open space and benches riverside are a real plus for downtown Missoula. The hot breakfast was quite decent and had a lot of great options. And as usual, the beds can't be beat.

A very mixed property. Room was clean. Most things were well maintained. The bed in our room was worn out meaning your butt sunk way down because the springs and foam were worn out. The room had no desk. On the other hand, breakfast was great as was the exercise room and pool.

the main issue was access to the internet. According to my computer I was connected. But I was unable to access anything regardless, despite repeated attempts.

It was a seamless experience. From the check in to the check out. A nice touch adding a postcard from Missoula to send... you could add a complimentary stamp...

All staff were lovely and breakfast satisfied the healthy and not so healthy :)

Our room was a 1 King Bed, 1 Bedroom Suite, which we found to be spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the University of Montana campus and close to a peaceful walking trail along the river. The only minor inconvenience was the nearby railroad track, as we could hear the train horns when they passed by.
