The staff were very nice. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and is very dated. It could use a good cleaning and remodel. The place is under construction, that is good. The fall decor was very cute. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies.

Microwave was broken dry toilet paper on the ceiling, hot tub was broken, hotel had maintenance going on was extremely loud paid $200 for 1 night and was not a good experience. The TV also has blown speakers so it sounds horrible. Bad stay.

Front desk receptionist, did a very GREAT job! Efficient, professional and very gracious and welcoming to each person I saw or heard (both on the phone or in the line at the desk). Her name was 'Anevaeh' She saved me from going elsewhere, when I was here just checking on options.

The building was outdated and not well kept clean. We shared the floor with many other families and could hear noise from hall and next door.

Breakfast was terrific. Lots of options and the lady attending to the breakfast was wonderful and on top of everything. I am allergic to pet hair and dandruff. Have one floor for pets and the rest for people only

Although the property is in need of updating which I understand will happen in the near future it was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. I particularly want to mention that Jackie who took care of the breakfast was super nice. She found my purse that I left on the chair in the breakfast and made she made sure it was safe until I retrieved it. So a special thanks to Jackie
