The tub plug did not work, so I could not take a bath. No alarm clock. Only "1" coffee cup. No wash rags. And TV was very dark, like the picture tube may be dying on the TV. We were in room 330.

The room renovation wasn’t complete and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. Very difficult to have privacy. I’m sure once the renovation is 100% complete it will be nice but it wasn’t worth the money and I want mine back!

Staff was friendly and all. But our room floor was sticky and dirty. Had no hairdryer. Out dated with no USB plugs.

Noise levels and hotel odor were issues which kept us from having a comfortable stay. Staff was nice. Breakfast was very minimal.

Booked an accessible room but a wheelchair could not fit in doorway. When we went to call front desk, phone was not working. Found cockroach looking bug at door of room. Brought these things up to the front desk and he said it’s not his problem nor is he housekeeping. Wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worse enemy. Will never return.

The staff was very good. Some remodeling going on. Maybe our bathroom just hadn't been done yet, because it could use a little attention. The rest of the room was nice and updated.

This is a good value, the room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Food was OK and about as expected.
The only note is, this building is OLD it shows lots of wear from time, BUT it is not bad.. just old. If you need a new fancy place you may be dissapointed, if you want an ok place to stay at a great price it was good

Booked a king bed. Was given a queen and told
That is all we have the king rooms are under construction. Did not offer to reimburse the difference in price. They did construction right out side of our room until late at night. Very inconvenient for a good night sleep.

Hotel was clean , staff friendly. Extremely busy place all parking spots full. Lots of workers (visitors) from out of town both taking up parking lot with big work trucks and super loud guys. Stoning around at 3:30-5:30 am. Breakfast lacked

It needs help it is run down and our room and bathroom was not clean. The walls in the bathroom need a good cleaning. The toilet seat was broken and the cold water faucet at the sink literally pulled right out. I didn’t dare put my suitcases on the floor. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming.
