Love Dryersville nice for a nigjt stop. Lots of conveniences around Qualiy Inn good pick for a hotel.. Will b back!

Hotel had more cameras than a prison and the air conditioning system was very poor causing us to sweat at night while sleeping. I’ll try another hotel next time

I was charged an extra hundred dollars at check in that i was not told about. Supposed to be refunded to my account. So far has not been. I was supposed to have a king size suite but it was a small room with a bed about the size of a double bed.At home my husband and i are very comfortable on a,queen so i know this was not a king.

The breakfast was almost nonexistent. Great shopping and eating in walking distance. The hotel was just ok.

I booked for 3 days, yet when i arrived the attendant very COLDLY told me my reservation got "messed up" therefore i had no room This is NOT ehat i showed him my reservation said. He still insisted he had to do another that costed me about $20 MORE! I tried to cancel the original reservation from ******* (or the 3rd party agency which he kept snappily calling you), only for the app to say I was no longer qualified to get a full refund even though i was allowed to make the reservation not even 3 hours previously! Therefore i forfeited half my amount or another $100 !!! It was and IS A BLATANT SCAM! ALSO, they stupidly cleared out my room and rented it to another person after my very first night because i fell asleep at the place i was working for the second night. They wouldnt give me a refund OR another room for my final night, they were going to charge me another $80 which i paid, but got a refund for because they also werebtoo incompetent to program the room keys.The audacity to imply it was my error due2 where i placed key (they never left my left hand-id gone through 3 rekeying attemps for my original room minutes earlier). So i WASTED near $400 trying to stay at this less than mediocre hotel that seems to hate your "3rd party partnership", as well as the companys strange 'no check ins until after 2 am' or else it causes difficulties in our job policy, of which I had2 stand and listen to even though i was deleriously tired +angry!To add insult 7-10days for my refund?!?!

Last minute stay while on the road for multi day travel. Night clerk was very personable and professional. Appreciate the accommodation for this Disabled Military Veteran and my working K9.
Now, the room. It is a little dated and various attempts to repair damage is fairly obvious, and for the most part effective. Room had a stale aroma which slowly faded through the night, or I grew accustomed to it. Breakfast is waffles maker and some pre-packaged danish, muffins and toast. Overall, I would stay again.
