房间干净现代。我依赖轮椅出行。空间宽敞,方便活动。浴室配备了无障碍淋浴,与广告宣传完全一致。床很舒服。床头柜有多种电子设备充电接口。唯一的问题是水槽下方有一个架子,我无法滚到下面,但仍然可以使用,只是略微不便。停车场状况良好,房间门外就有无障碍停车位。
一位单身老年女性,带着两只毛茸茸的宝宝,开着一辆U-Haul卡车,拖着一辆拖车,半夜抵达,疲惫不堪,一天下来感到疲惫不堪。前台的一位友好小伙子热情地接待了我。我有点担心卡车和拖车该停哪儿,好在最后停在了我家门前。光线充足,安全可靠!房间非常干净,而且是新装修的。床很舒服!除了高速公路的噪音,我的住宿体验非常完美!强烈推荐!
房屋与描述不符。浴室门只能打开一部分,而且费了好大劲才打开。电视无法正常工作,遥控器也坏了。数字电视盒花了十分钟才加载完毕,终于可以播放频道了。房间很脏,看起来很脏,但表面上看起来很干净。
超棒的体验!
工作人员超级友好,房间也很干净。如果你只是想找个地方住,不需要那些价格更高的酒店所推销的额外服务,那么这里的价格是我在查塔努加地区找到的最便宜的。这里靠近汉密尔顿广场,靠近一条主干道,环境也非常安静。
不是8.4分的酒店
我不明白这家酒店怎么会有8.4分的评分。我通常不写任何评论,但我想尽量避免别人上当受骗。我们晚上11点左右入住。入住手续很简单,夜间值班的前台人员人很好。走进房间,一股浓重的气味扑鼻而来,有点像除臭剂和尿液的味道。开灯后,我们首先看到的是一只蟑螂。把它打死了。去了趟洗手间,又发现了两只。那天晚上大概打死了5只。太晚了,没法找酒店,想到不能退款,我们就上床睡觉了。墙壁和窗户很薄,隔音效果不好,什么都能听到。邻居在电话里和别人争吵,摩托车赛跑的声音,狗叫声。醒来时发现一只蟑螂爬过我的胳膊。我们只带了少量必需品,离开前把所有东西都抖了出来。不小心把我的热水壶放在外面,发现一只蟑螂在里面游来游去。我住了两晚,几乎没怎么睡,因为怕虫子爬到我身上。味道一直没好转。我下楼时,房间里和大堂里都没有咖啡。退房时我正想和前台人员沟通,但她正在打电话,我几乎没听到她任何声音。虽然每晚只有60英镑,但8.4的评分,你肯定不希望在有虫子的情况下入睡。
房间里的空调无法工作,前台只是让我们不断地重置插头,当时正下着暴风雨,电闪雷鸣,但房间满足了我们的需要,那就是把高速公路上的屋顶从暴风雨中移开。
