We were never told about there being a breakfast so we just went to the breakfast bar downstairs. It could have been a little cleaner in the room. My feet felt gritty underneath when walking on the floor. Also none of the water was hot it was all cold water so we couldn't take hot showers. When I asked about any compensation he just told me to email the manager.

The first room we walked into smelt like sewage. We spoke to the front desk about it and he informed us that the smell was the room being sprayed for insects earlier that day… luckily he was nice enough to switch us to another room.
The next room smelt much better, but still had that smell. Later that night we go to shower around 9:30pm, NO hot water. After quickly showering in cold water, we go to hop in bed and there’s bed stains everywhere… sure the sheets were (maybe) cleaned, but there was stains everywhere. We tried calling the front desk but the phone wasn’t working. Whatever, we slept. Only here 1 night to catch our cruise.
ONLY reason I gave this 2 stars and not 1 star is the front desk guy Shawn. He was awesome. Nicest guy, very helpful and understanding. But ya, pay the extra $100/night and go somewhere else….

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and good parking. Restaurant was next store. Good food but it wasn’t free. Property was in the center of the downtown area. We were 4 minutes from our Carnival cruise ship.

Just before bed found out the shower had no hot water and poor pressure. Tried to call the front but the phone had no cord. Walked to front and no one would answer. Called travel lodge 800 number, they tried multiple times and weren't getting an answer from front. Ended up losing a bunch of sleep before I was finally able to switch rooms. Bad night.

We booked this room because we needed to come one day early to get on a cruise out of Long Beach pier. For the money it was very convenient. We were able to park at the hotel for a fee ($15) and then walk everywhere. We walked down to the beach where we could see queen mary and the cruise ship. I would stay here again.

位置挺好,离海滩很近,汽车旅馆,价格也算可以。附近有很多饭馆,边上还有一家vons超市。如果不提出要求,是不提供房间打扫服务的。
酒店地理位置优越(靠近Vons超市,离会展中心也不远)。但房间设施非常基本,客房服务几乎没有。房间里的空调噪音巨大。床单、枕头和床垫都很脏。前台小哥人很好——但很明显这家酒店经营得很拮据。我没在长滩附近住过,但估计花同样的钱应该能找到更好的选择。
酒店本身环境一般,但地理位置绝佳。我们住的禁烟房有点潮湿,还有若有若无的烟味。马桶冲了一次就坏了,但他们立刻给我们换了一间同等房型。浴室很小,而且感觉像永久性污渍。不过至少停车位充足,而且每晚只需5美元。我觉得如果预算有限又比较大胆的旅客,我会推荐这里。
我住的第一个房间地板上有活蛆,后来他们给我换到另一个房间,里面居然有蟑螂,连句道歉都没有。这太过分了。
