This is a hotel to stay away from! My husband and I had this hotel booked for months. When we arrived, the door was locked and nobody was answering the phone. We called the customer service phone number and found out the hotel is currently closed. We had to scramble to find another hotel.

We had booked this hotel but apparently the week before they had a fire and did not notify ******* customers that it was closed. Poor customer relations. We arrived late at night and were discouraged. ******* did find us another place at no extra charge but was discouraging. Did give a funny story to tell to our families after we had a good nights sleep in the new hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I made reservation on june 3 for June 4 and 5. Got to property June 4 to check in and hotel was closed. A cleanup worker came out and told me the hotel is closed. There was a fire there June 2 so no one can stay there! ********** app still taking reservations! BAD BUSINESS!

We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 am from a midnight flight and were told that our room was not available. They had problems and as we arrived late they had given our room to someone else. Had too go to 2 more hotels before we found a place for the night. Have tried the hotel to see whether they offer some compensation other than a refund but have never got a hold of the manager. Looked like a nice hotel but the service was unsatisfactory to say the least.

Got overcharged 25$ us, room had a strong chemical smell, tv didn’t work, breakfast was mystery meat and wet eggs. Sketchy people lingering about. Not worth the low price. Can’t get in touch with anyone at front feet to get money back.

The beds were terrible, very soft, no support and obviously needed changing. Did not allow for a good nights sleep. Hotel receptionist was scruffy in appearance and unfriendly.
Hotel overall was absolutely fine, just need new beds and a smarter receptionist!

Just okay. The hotel appeared clean and we appreciated ‘no carpet’ in the room. The beds were comfortable and the bedding in good condition.
The bathroom wall had been repaired near the tissue holder and had not been repainted or papered. A portion of the drapery valance was detached and hanging.
The furnishings are of low quality and could be nicer for the room price we paid.
We did not eat breakfast at the hotel since we were joining family at a local restaurant. My wife checked out the options and said they were nothing to be excited about.
