Room very dirty, fruit peels on the floor as well finger nails clips.
Staff did not care and charge me anyway, did not stay one night at all.

The hotel was a crack motel ***** and people running around at 1AM. I didnt even enter the room. Was given a room in the very back of the motel asked to change and was informed that it was the only available room. But I saw several rooms that were vacant.

VERY run down and dirty. Carpet, walls and curtains all had stains. Peeling paint. Rusty shower fixtures.

There was toenail clipping on the floor in the room when we arrived. It was obvious the floors had not been vacuumed. When we checked the sheets, the mattress protector was disgusting and clean sheets were just put on top of it.

At least we didn't see any bed bugs!
The room smelled like Granny had just smoked 3 packs of Marlboro reds. Room was dirty, actual visible crumbs on the floor. At least the roach on the floor was dead. here was flies on the ceiling. Boogers stuck to the wall in the bathroom. Looks like a 3rd grader did the caulk job around the faucet in the shower. I dont think the sheets were clean, there was eyeliner on the pillows. Balls of hair all over the floor and bathroom. It was late so we slept in our clothes on top the sheets. At least we didn't see any bed bugs!

The price was what attracted us until we got there. Now we feel we over paid. Aiken is a nice town and if it had a ghetto this hotel is in it. People living there drinking and making noise with there doors open. When we got there the front door was locked and she wouldn't let us in for her safety she said. Every morning and evening we went to the office for a towel and they refused. Go anywhere but there. Pay the extra money somewhere else.

住在那里的人很可疑。房间清洁得不太好（家具和墙壁上有污渍）。房间的结构状况也不是很好，墙壁上有剥落和洞。
而且我被多收了钱。我收到了部分退款，但不是全部，现在不得不处理这件事。酒店声称*******没有付钱给他们，并把钱拿回来了，这就是我不得不付钱的原因。他们声称我会在几天内收到我所支付的全部退款，但我只收到了部分退款。
第一次入住时，有人告诉我们客房服务人员请了病假，但他们知道哪些房间已经打扫过了。他们声称这将是免费升级。他们给了我们房间钥匙，我们去了房间。房间里有一张特大号床和按摩浴缸。我们第一次去浴室时，发现地板上和浴缸里有死蟑螂。因为我们已经付了房费，而且没有客房服务，所以我自己打扫了浴室。我们经常去艾肯，但我们再也不会住在这里了。
