After hours access was a little funky but felt safe as single women traveling and the room was very clean and comfortable. Great location for access to Ruby Falls and Rock City.

I asked to be on my first floor due to a disabled person that had just had surgery with easy access instead I will put on the second floor away from the door they did have an elevator however when we went to leave that morning the elevator was out of order and the person I was with had to try to walk down the stairs after surgery due to them putting this on the second floor then when confronted they said that it was not their problem

The staff let us check in early. There’s walkable fast food restaurant. The room wasn’t the cleanest but I’ve seen worse for sure. For the price it was a decent stay for one night

Very clean and well maintained for a low budget hotel. Bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

Front desk guy was rude
Not enough pillows and not enough blankets., no conditioner and not body wash . Elevator was broken .

Pros: Check in was quick. The room looked good and was clean. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was nice and well lit. The room had a hair dryer, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Overall a good room.
Cons: That elevator! When it comes to a stop, it's very loud. That first trip up you'll wonder "hey are we about to go back down?!?!?" Nevertheless, it gets you up and down just fine. The hallways have a bit of an old smell, if that makes sense. The hotel could handle a bit of a paint job. The AC in the room was cool in the beginning but, it didn't keep us cool throughout the night. The bed could handle more pillows. We had a king with 3 small fluffy pillows.The breakfast was non existent on a Sunday. All that's available is coffee and OJ.
