Its EconoLodge. Wasnt expecting much. Nice staff. Definitely fix the elevator. Vents need cleaning. No breakfast but I knew when booking.

Room smelled cigsrette smoke and comforter had cigarette burn stain on it. Staff was nice and did not change room but changed bed comforter.

We were pleasantly surprised with this Econolodge. Picked it because it’s close to Ruby Falls & Rock city & a good price. No frills/nothing fancy. It was clean & bed was super comfortable. The man at the desk was very nice & provided us with information from the area. Would stay again.

After hours access was a little funky but felt safe as single women traveling and the room was very clean and comfortable. Great location for access to Ruby Falls and Rock City.

I asked to be on my first floor due to a disabled person that had just had surgery with easy access instead I will put on the second floor away from the door they did have an elevator however when we went to leave that morning the elevator was out of order and the person I was with had to try to walk down the stairs after surgery due to them putting this on the second floor then when confronted they said that it was not their problem

The staff let us check in early. There’s walkable fast food restaurant. The room wasn’t the cleanest but I’ve seen worse for sure. For the price it was a decent stay for one night

Good value, clean. Convenient and close to Lookout Mountain. No breakfast but McDonalds next door
