Limited to no hot water!! We decided to stay two nights for a wrestling tournament despite only living in Knoxville and each night the water was so cool to lukewarm it was almost unbearable. I wish we would have just made the drive home instead of paying hundreds of dollars to stay here.

My wife and I stayed for two nights at Comfort Inn, Chattanooga. It was the best stay we have had over the last 2or 3 years. The hotel, from the front door to our room, was immaculate. A pet peeve of mine is how the hallway carpeting looks, telling me a lot about their cleaning habits. The carpeting was in excellent condition, bright and cheerful. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice. Our room was awesome. If I rated it one to ten, I would give it an eleven.

The check-in process was pretty slow, despite only being the second person in line. Once we got into the (first) room, we found the air conditioning wasn’t working and there was an overwhelming chemical cleaner smell. The front desk gave us a new room with working air conditioning and less intense smell, which was greatly appreciated. The ice machine on our floor was broken, and the taste and quality of the free breakfast left a lot to be desired.
Overall, I feel like the cost of the room didn’t meet the quality I expected.

The property was clean. However my room was clean to a certain extent. Upon arrival, I noticed several strands of hair on the floor by the tub and two strands on the toilet seat. I don’t trust staff to do a thorough cleaning job so my clorox wipes and lysol came in handy.

No fresh fruit at breakfast. Eggs tasted like powder. Refrigerator froze our food. Ruined our veggies. Reported it, but the maintenance staff never came.
On a good note, the desk staff was great,and the young woman cleaning our room was exceptional.

Staff extremely helpful. Allowed me to check-in ahead of time and checked with housekeeping to assure my room was ready.

For the money, this is an excellent choice.. very friendly and helpful staff. The woman who works the night shift, I'm not sure her name, went above and beyond! Very friendly and accommodating. I would give her six stars if I could:)
