Our stay was nice and clean but the walls are thin and we heard washers and dryers as well as dogs outside barking all night long. The hotel was well kept and really good just hard to rest with all the noise.

The garner location is incredible with dining and shopping close by. It’s also minutes from downtown Aiken.

Better Choices!
Staff was not great! First there was no one at the desk and a line of 5 people waiting to check in.
The room was not the best with a cockroach walking on the wall while watching tv in the evening.
Partial my fault I accidentally booked 3 night and only wanted 2. The person at the desk was not sure how to do a refund for one night so tried to get us to stay longer. Someone was supposed to call me back the next day and never did. I called and left 2 messages about my refund and never received a called back. When I check my credit card, apparently I got a partial refund.

The first time I stayed here, there was dust visible on the tables in the room, I thought maybe it was just an oversight so I gave them a second chance. When I stayed the second time I was placed into a room with stains on the sheets and holes. The second room, they placed me in had stains on the sheets and the third had stains on the sheets, as well as the air conditioner being broken. I packed my bags and went to a different hotel.
