A/c unit didn’t work properly floors so dirty feet were black and cockroaches. Also toilet needed to be bolted to the floor and no water pressure

There was a Shadrach’s coffee shop nearby, which was convenient. The A/C worked fine once we turned it on, though it was pretty hot when we first arrived. The staff weren’t rude, but they also didn’t come across as very friendly. The room was mostly clean, but we did find a few bugs, likely due to the large gaps around the doors. We stayed on the lower level and were unfortunately woken up by someone pounding on our window at 4 AM.

tv didn't work. Clerk managed to get stations without remote , but after turning off - I couldn't get back on next morning. Remote was not for this TV? Fire alarm got pulled during middle of night- waking everyone around 2:30 am. Bathroom was dark and dingy. Outside trashcans overflowing.
Staff was friendly and there were new improvements underway it appeared.

第一个房间,当我打开暖气时,暖气里散发出难闻的气味,我去了办公室,那个人把我安排到另一个房间,我不得不上楼,这对我而言是一件苦差事,因为我已经做过 7 次背部手术了!!!我去了新房间,但我的钥匙打不开门,所以我回到办公室,那个人给了我另一把钥匙,所以我回到房间,但门仍然打不开,所以我回到办公室,这次他说他会在那里见我,他配了一把新钥匙,然后我们就去了房间,他摸索了几秒钟门就开了,他告诉我你必须拉起把手才能打开。我当时想,哦,好吧,我因为旅行而困倦和疲惫。这个地方很旧,需要更新!!看起来确实有一些工作正在完成,但在我看来,这还不够!!我确实发现了一位前客人留下的一些脏袜子,那么他们到底有多清洁房间呢?床单、枕套等等!!
我入住时,洗手池下放着用过的毛巾,没有卫生纸。而且,客房清洁服务只在工作日(周一、周三、周五)提供,周末不提供。
