酒店回复: Dear guestSorry for any inconvince during your stay, Air conditioner was repalce in June 2024 since then any guest stayed in has not mentioned about not working also upon checking after its mentioned it is working in good order. We do have a policy for requirement of deposit mentioned on ******* under "Policy" section, also it is displayed in writing in lobby, I was at desk served you and i only ask for 50.00 dollar deposit, which we request upon check in because many guest book on line and pay online, therefore we don't have any of your credit card information for incidental charges.

This is the best place to stay! You’re seriously 10 from the aquarium and the kids play museum downtown. Everything is super close! The staff is forever amazing, the rooms are super clean, and the parking lot is well lit and I feel safe. I’ve stayed twice now and will continue to stay here every time we pop up! It’s super affordable and honestly worth far more. Go ahead and book- you will not be unhappy. (No I don’t know the owner or anything like that- just a super huge fan of small family businesses and this is how you help them grow!)

They did not have my reservation in their computer. I had to get a one bed room rather than the double bed I requested

我只在那里住了一晚，客房服务人员一大早就开始敲我的门，把我吵醒，问我是否需要打扫房间。我非常恼火，因为我需要尽可能多地休息，为长途自驾游做准备。他们怎么会觉得我只住了一晚就需要打扫房间呢？感觉他们好像是在确认我有没有睡过头或者不小心超时入住，这完全没必要，而且非常令人恼火。
凌晨三点，一个男人猛敲我的门，想闯进来，还要求载我一程。我四个月大的孩子被惊醒了，四岁的孩子也吓得哭了。我们吓得不敢动。
这里没有安保。住在这里，风险自负。以后再也不来了。经理还说：“你们为什么不给我们打电话？”因为我们当时太害怕了，而且我没带手机在床上。
