The room smelled old and musty, the air condition was not working. They move us to another room after I made a complaint and the air condition wasn't working in that room so i just decided to stay was tired moving up and down.

Rude staff. Toilet constantly running after flushing/noisy
I requesdted a printout after checking out and she refused stating i booked through a 3rd party
I always book through a 3rd oarty like ******* and im alwsys able to get a printout at checkout

Hotel appears nice, but details in the furniture is unsettling. Lampshades were dirty, not dusty, but dirty. There were burn holes in headboard and the furniture is old, scratched up and outdated. The bathroom was nice, the room layout was wonderful, the bedroom was nice also. No updated outlets near bed to charge electronics. The Jacuzzi was closed, and the front desk staff was friendly. Note: shuttle only picks up from airport, not the tri rail, which one station is close to hotel. Took train from Miami, expecting to get off at stop by hotel, no! Had to get an Lyft still to take us 5min away.

我的房间很脏，而且只有床是铺好的。我要求打扫房间或者换房，但酒店都住满了，客房服务也下班了。他们第二天早上9点以后才来打扫。说实话，体验太糟糕了。经理只提供了我入住当天40%的折扣，那天我因为淋浴间没打扫而没法洗澡，而且地板黏黏的也没拖过，就睡在了脏兮兮的房间里。
房间有异味。前台服务人员表现平平。停车很方便。床铺很干净。
还行吧。下次还会再来。有零食，还有泳池和健身房。

酒店热情好客。接待员服务水平高于平均水平，非常有礼貌，乐于助人。地理位置优越。干净整洁。唯一的缺点是毛巾，我不得不主动要求更换，但即使如此，我也不得不自己去前台取，因为毛巾一直没有换。还有淋浴水一直很冷，不过这个问题已经解决了。
