The room was okay. They need to be upgraded. The layout is awkward and as a result the tv is way far to the right of the beds. You have to pay to park which makes zero sense to me. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very courteous and the rooms were vary nice. My only complaint is that the windows need to be updated and more soundproof. I could actually hear cars form the road even though the hotel sits back off of the road or the fact that I sleep in complete silence normally.

The room was nice! Staff was kind especially the maid for our room.
The gym was good too had everything you need but my only complaint is the pool. Its only open sunrise to sunset so by 5 pm its locked up with a chain and padlock. It was also locked at 8 this morning too so i only got in once the 2 nights i was there. Awful pool hours. The bar also only sold what seemed like beers, no cocktails or other.

Very clean and the staff is very nice. The area around the property was safe. Very close to Busch Gardens but not walking distance. Only complaint is the breakfast. Food was very bland and limited options. Otherwise everything was great

因公务前往坦帕布希花园。服务很糟糕，员工很不友好，甚至不愿好好回应。虽然并非所有员工都这样，但我还是第一次见到有酒店员工只是傻站在那里，看着我拖着两个行李箱走进大堂。另外，停车场明明有很多空位，却还要收费，这让我无法理解。
酒店位置很好，离布希花园很近。酒店提供了接送服务，负责把我们送到布希花园，然后再接回来。早餐是美式早餐，还可以。唯一让我们不太满意的是，所有的餐具都是塑料的。
我早上9点出门，下午4点回来，房间都没打扫干净。我住了四晚，每天都是这样。这家酒店糟透了，入住体验更是糟糕透顶。回家后我试着打电话给经理投诉，但始终联系不上，没能好好表达我的糟糕经历。
房间打扫得很差，连浴室的门都剥落了。酒店看起来很脏，而且缺少油漆。在那家酒店住宿费很贵。空调感觉像拖拉机一样，他们不得不在上面放重物才能保持安静。我再也不会去那家酒店了。
噪音极大，淋浴水压极低，枕头质量差到极点。虽然工作人员态度不错，但糟糕的睡眠和糟糕的酒店淋浴体验是无法弥补的！
