This property is not up to mark of any basic standards of hospitality:
1. Diry rooms
2. Refrigerator does not work
3. Stinky smell in room
4. Room does not open or close, jam doors
5. Toilet clog
6. Phone in the room has no wire, does not work
7. Breakfast mentioned incorrectly, it us coffee and quarkers
8. Stale hot water as if not changed for days, unhygenic.
9. Staff shortage, wait time is high
I request refund for this stay.
Not recommended till the property has basic amenities.

Hotels mentioned Breakfast. Only coffee (Luke warm), hot water, packets of oatmeal. Rooms look like photos only aged 10 years with little to no maintenance. Smoke alarm missing. No door lock on bathroom door (looks like someone had kicked door at one time). Remote had wads of scotch tape trying to batteries in and it barely worked on TV.

I noticed that as I walked across the floor that my white socks got filthy. The commode stopped up, and we called the front desk twice, and they finally told us that no one could come to help. It was an extended stay suite. It had a fridge, stove, microwave, but no cups, glasses, or dishes, or any type of pots or pans to use on the stove. We couldn't even boil water for coffee. Breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal.....that's it. nothing else. The sheets were not changed, had stains on them.

Rooms nice enough and functional; stovetop old, just slow. Kitchen sink didnt really work. Fair for the price we paid and at the last minute. Very thin walls, can hear everyone else around. Cant hear anyone talking when the AC is on, but it does drown out the outside noises!

Was a bit on the dirty side stove did not work and you have to ask for dishes.. very very outdated and tv barely worked and the dresser was falling apart, no hangers! Will never stay here again. The pics online clearly not from there!!

The window was broken. The desk clerk said it just happened today and they didn't have another room with 2 beds. There were bugs in the room. The toilet roll holder was broken. They advertized a free breakfast, but what it actually was was coffee (no lids for the cups), and instant oatmeal (no bowl -- use the coffee cups), and no milk or cream for it. It was useful though -- it taught me to avoid ESA hotels in the future.

We were in town for a concert in Nashville. The only complaint that we really have is the beds are little hard and there was no pots or pans to be able to cook. We have stayed at Extended stays before that they provide at least one pot and pan for you to be able to use. We were planning on cooking breakfast but they didn’t have anything to be able to use. By the time we ended up buying what we needed it was just cheaper to go out to eat.
