Both Televisions Didn't work. No attempt to fix, was ignored. Didn't offer room change or any accommodation!! SAD!!

The staff were lovely and the brightest spot of the stay. The property is undergoing a much-needed renovation that should be mentioned before finalizing reservations since this affects elevator service, amenities and frankly, room conditions.

The front desk staff was nice but unfortunately it was not clean. The toilet paper couldn’t be worst quality. Towels were super hard to touch. Breakfast pancake dispenser was broken. Carpet in the room was humid to bare foot touch. Just felt very uncomfortable and dirty. It feels like a the hotel needs maintenance and a bit remodeling.

The old black lady with the big ugly glasses is very rude. The female who was training the new person when I checked in on 11/16 needs customer service training. The property is under construction and shouldn’t have guests. At minutes after 8am for the three days I was there there was construction noise. If I was told that at check in I would have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. The carpet is dirty and roaches are in the room. The deadbolt in my room didn’t work it didn’t align with the door. I took photos and video. A guest was cursing and carrying on for a long time disturbing me. I would never go back or recommend this hotel. I am still waiting for the $100 hold they took from my card to fall off. The staff and roaches were the worst things here.

Very comfortable and spacious with refrigerator,micro,& coffee pot & a livingroom space. Nice breakfast complimentary. Staff were all helpful. Small indoor pool,but had it to myself. Good location to many things like shopping, auto train, state & other parks...
