The bathroom had toenails on the floor and had a terrible smell. I checked out the same night and the hotel charged me three nights! I will never stay there again!!!

The carpet in the room was TERRIBLE! Dirty stained and just filthy! I should have cancelled the room after I read others complain about the carpet. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they would have at least attempted to clean it. I don’t understand how the hotel thinks it’s acceptable to rent out a room with carpet in that condition. The front desk staff did an excellent job and were very helpful.

Arrived at 2:40 aftera long drive. It allowed to check in.no coffee or coffee maker in room or in lobby. room above mine was loud, stomping, chairs dragging until 3.am. Off to airport at 0430. No coffee available to obtain or purchase

The b/fast menu didn,t have the muffins as advertised. They need to have some cold cereal mininum. I stayed at this motel when it was Nobel Inn had a hot b/fast. The gym was great..weights, treadmill.

This is a nice looking property from the outside but it stops once you step inside. The room was reasonably clean except for the toilet (feces) and the furniture was very worn and used looking. The VERY limited staff was helpful at check in. We had a kitchenette but be informed there is nothing in the cupboards to use. I had to ask for ice as apparently there should have been trays in the freezer. In the morning there was vacuuming and cleaning right outside our room early in the morning...SADLY, I left my gold earrings in the room and was hopeful i could possibly get them mailed back to me. After several unanswered phone calls I reached a staff member with who i explained what happened and asked if she would go check for me but even before she "checked" she told me they were likely thrown into the garbage as that is what is done with items left behind. She was very impatient and annoyed to be talking to me and told me they were not there. Lets be realistic..no one is going to throw gold earrings in the garbage. I asked for the manager and asked for the housekeeper. I was told they had gone home. No manager on site at 3 p.m.? ******* gave me an email address for the manager which was not correct. Email was returned. I feel really dismissed by this hotel. THERE WAS NO EFFORT WHAT SO EVER to help or at least make me feel heard. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

酒店大堂入口很不错——哇,宽敞的休息区配有桌椅,看起来像个酒吧,不知道他们是用来做什么的。

房间很大,有很多地方可以放行李。浴室也很大。冰箱里有制冰机。还有一个漂亮的沙发,竟然是沙发床!
地毯是浅棕色的,所有污渍都一览无余。如果你们考虑更换地毯,我建议换成中/深棕色的。我总是在门口脱鞋,但我想意外总会发生,地毯会弄脏。可怜的清洁人员。我确信地毯是干净的,就像房间一样,只是有污渍。哎。
工作人员都非常好。并为“随取随走”早餐区只有少量物品而道歉。
网站上说四人份免费早餐;但是……“随取随走”早餐没什么东西——格兰诺拉燕麦棒、几个小松饼、咖啡、茶、热巧克力。还有一些速溶燕麦片,但我想你得用咖啡杯来冲泡吧?没有牛奶,只有咖啡伴侣。
房间很棒,我可能会再次入住。对于贵网站上的所有酒店,如果能更好地说明早餐供应情况会很好——比如提供早餐的最低标准,或者如果没有达到最低标准就标明不提供早餐。
