Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They had a little trouble with the reservation but got it sorted and were very sincere and honest. Laundry is quarters only and no atm on site to get cash to exchange but otherwise great for extended stay!

Suspicious stains all over the couch and pullout bed. Elevator is dying. Was not working at all when we checked in. Was working by the time we went to dinner. General dingy appearance all around.

Nice stay,great location.
Just used refrigerator. Worked great. Kim very nice front desk clerk.parking was nicely lit up. The only negative was the curtains have gaps on sides causing light to beam straight in your face to your bed.

The reason I gave this hotel a bad rating is because I booked and paid for a room with 2 double beds and a let-out couch, but when I got there they said those rooms were already taken and only the 1 bed and let out couch was available. I basically begged and pleaded but they said since I booked through ******* they were not responsible for holding that type of room, they could give me only what they had available. I was very disappointed. Also the website showed they had breakfast in the morning but the front desk person said they have only coffee; therefore, everything about this hotel was deceiving.

This hotel has spacious rooms but the walls and ceiling are not soundproof compared to every other hotel. The people above us were jumping around and constantly loud until 1am. The room next to us was annoying making noise. The rooms are outdated.
When we walked into our room the first time , the windows were open with bent screens! The exhaust fan above the stove was on full blast.The beds were ok and the tv worked great. The kitchen was a plus. The staff was nice. I would not stay here again, because I paid less for better places and the noise was ridiculous!

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. when I entered my room, the windows were open and had a foul smell. I called the front desk to ask for a different room and the front desk guy said hotel is totally booked. Rooms were not clean.
