It's a shame that this property is even a listing on your sight. This place was awful. The location felt very unsecure. The room was run down and dirty. No hot water, no front desk to report that to. The smell was nauseating. We came back from our event hoping for a few hours of sleep and a hot shower before heading for the airport. We tried to make the best of it but the anger and disgust got the best of me. We ended up leaving and went to the airport several hours before we were scheduled to leave. At least that environment felt safer there then this excuse of a hotel.

Do not enter After 10:00 p.m. at night
After a long day of travel there was a note on the hotel door saying call reservations to enter the hotel. After calling reservations we had to wait 35 minutes for somebody to come to us to give us a room. It's disgusting. Plus there are homeless walking around everywhere

Ms. Mary is the most compassionate , caring employee at this location words can't explain how amazing that woman is , shes made this place the reason i stay and the reasin I'm comfortable . Shes caring and goes above and beyond with kindness to help everyone . You go ms Mary mack !!! ♡

Parking here was super easy and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating when there was a small issue with our room. Their customer service was 12/10 for sure.

Didn't have room we booked & paid for. Gave us a lower category room with one less bed than what we booked. Told us it would be cheaper & we would get a refund, but we had to reach out to ******* to get the refund. Contacted ******* & when they reached out to the hotel about the refund, hotel told them they would not be giving the refund.

Arrived after hours and I could not get my room.
My flight was delayed so i arrived late and there was no one on duty. The front desk was locked up and i couldn’t find anyone who could help. It was after 1 AM and there were only a couple of men smoking outside and i was a woman traveling alone. So i got back in my car and drove home (and hour away). I was very tired and it was a difficult ride home.

Not too well of a stay
My TV did not work at all and the fridge in my room was loud! On top of my keys not working properly to even enter the room and then the elevators stopped working and i had to take stairs with a bad knee

没有毛巾、肥皂、杯子、冰块和基本用品。要我们付钱。房间很脏,到处都是蟑螂!!!微波炉里面生锈了。折叠床非常恶心,甚至不想把它拉出来。烟雾探测器不见了,电线垂在天花板上。纱窗坏了。浴缸继续漏水。前台的员工白天很棒,乐于助人。但晚上的那个很粗鲁。有史以来最糟糕的酒店体验。
