The room had a terrible stench of cigarette and grass. I asked the front desk for something for the smell and they we not able to accommodate another room or air freshener. We had to buy our own air freshener just to be able to tolerate the smell. The pool access was not working and all the lounge chairs were terribly damaged that they were unusable. The room for the most part was clean but the bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were just flat with no filling at all.

customer service was excalent but i request handicap did not recieve. Could not take a shower and the walk to the room was long and painful. The TV in the bedroom did not work and we are both tv eatchers at night. Made the beginning of the trip awful.

比较旧。早餐一般。离机场近就是方便。附近也有商场。方便很多。

服务员态度挺好的,周边购物也还算方便,走12分钟路程有个小超市里面能买肉买菜等日常生活用品,回酒店自己做饭吃,就是周边没有椅子,缺点就是周边散步连一个坐的地方都没有。整体感觉还不错。
Tampa 机场对外除非租车,交通比较不方便,此饭店离机场非常近,价位相对便宜,适合早班飞机旅客,但若讲究些可考虑评价好点的三星以上饭店

接待和停车都不错。让我担心的是房间里的气味,房间里的沙发上弥漫着香烟味。家具很旧,晚上浴室里有几只蟑螂,其中一只还爬到了床上!如果能换上新家具,清洁地毯、沙发和床的时候能更得心应手就好了!

我最初住的酒店房间简直恶心透了。他们想给我安排一个房间,结果发现另外两个房间也没打扫。因为我不打算住在那里,所以不得不另订一家酒店。第一个房间的工作人员说“这里发生了一些可疑的事情”,唯一值得庆幸的是前台人员非常理解我。
