We checked in and realized the air conditioner didn’t cut on , my son has asthma and it caused him to have an asthma attack because no air flow. I let the desk know and they just said ok didn’t offer any resolution. . Will not book again.

Got the room online because it offered free breakfast and indoor pool. However it didn't mention the pool being closed until spring. That was the main reason I booked this motel room.

The reasons for giving a 3 on the property/facilities is that a tile fell from the ceiling in the hall, and water was leaking from it. My husband told them about it, and it was still laying on the floor untouched the next morning. Also, the outlets on the lamps by the bed were so loose that they wouldn't work. Same with a few on the wall.

the tub was slick and had hair in it the toilet did not flush the sink was not draining ,the light switch at door did not work, carpet dirty, hair dryer did not work,food was subpar egg substitute bad,choice very limited ,they also did not have a sign to identify the building,

Our door had to be manually unlocked leaving us with no working key, the shower was a trickle and the sink was literally falling off the wall

The room was semi clean.It had some the somke smoke detector was broken hanging and the furniture was cracked in the bathroom

My bed sheets had two holes in them. Staff did change them when I asked, but why were they put on in the first place. The carpet had visible debris on it and the wall next to the bed had visible cobwebs. This hotel was the equivalent of a rental where the landlord does not put money into the upkeep of the property. Very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for these days and if you want a well kept hotel you have to pay hundreds. I will not be staying here again.
