Accommodations poor, staff excellent
The room had a very strong smell from the moment we came in. The beds were very uncomfortable. And part way through our stay, they started ripping up carpet in the building, in front of our room, leaving the floor sticky. I previously stayed here before Christmas last year and loved it, which is why I recommended and booked this stay. I was very disappointed in the accommodations, however, the bright part was the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

Not a quiet room
The walls and floors are paper thin. I could even hear the person in the next room cleaning his throat, and EVERY step the occupants above me took.

Not bad, but not excellent either. Fairly clean overall. Good breakfast. The armchair in our room looked very dirty, to the extent that I did not want to sit in it. The faucet at the bathroom sink needed a bit of repair. So, it was not a bad experience, but could have been better.

The property really needs some TLC. Our refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed, the shower fixtures are leaking and the tube was patched.
