The pillows were the smallest most terrible pillows I have ever seen in my life, and their was a high pitch ringing in the room so I had to unplug the fridge, and the walk in door to the hotel was broken so it had to be manually opened.

I had booked this a week prior and also called a day before to indicate that I have a late flight and would be having a late check-in close to being to midnight. With that said, I finally got to the hotel, tired from flying all day, just be told that their computers were down and I was waiting up to 30mins with no help on getting myself into a room, which I had already paid for in advance. The person at the front desk was no help at all as she told me that she had to rebook the computer and wasn't giving me no indication of a time when I could be placed in a room. Room was filthy from towels to sheets to walls to shower. Hotel has a nasty smell along with the rooms are smelly as well.

Accommodations poor, staff excellent
The room had a very strong smell from the moment we came in. The beds were very uncomfortable. And part way through our stay, they started ripping up carpet in the building, in front of our room, leaving the floor sticky. I previously stayed here before Christmas last year and loved it, which is why I recommended and booked this stay. I was very disappointed in the accommodations, however, the bright part was the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

Not a quiet room
The walls and floors are paper thin. I could even hear the person in the next room cleaning his throat, and EVERY step the occupants above me took.
