The staff was pretty friendly, however the room and building felt pretty run down...there was a "unique" smell throughout and we found some "bugs" in our room. We checked out early, but you get what you pay for....

Will not stay there again! Holes in bathroom walls, spiderwebs on ceiling. Table legs falling off. Gross Microwave, limited internet. Broken hair dryer.. dirty halls. short tempered staff. Enough said!!!!!

What hotel asks for a cash deposit, shady in my opinion. Nothing is new. Place looks like a cheap motel. Overall experience= poor. I usually don’t book hotels like these. Reminds me to pay for better quality.

Got a smoking room due to availability online. Check in was easy, wasn’t keen on the extra fee/ hold on my card. Place is need of a lot of proper repairs. Shower head was broken. Furnace kept lowering the temp randomly. Had to clean the filter on the furnace(was completely clogged). Beds was extremely uncomfortable.

Bathtub soiled nasty, I would not talk a shower ,I washed at the sink the toilet need to be replaced also ,to be honest the entire building need to be remodeled
The older white lady at front desk need to be taught how to be more friendly and learn how to greet the incoming guess

As for the questions asked, they are absurd, as not things on which a guest could comment, even if they'd noticed.

You don’t expect too much from something in this price range. Two main complaints- there is a very unpleasant odor, especially near the elevator, and the room lighting is really dim. Thank God for nose-blindness.
