Don’t stay here
So I booked a hotel for my mother who was traveling. Unfortunately she had a medical emergency at 6 AM and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. She was released from the hospital got an Uber and went back to the hotel by 10 AM. Checkout is at 11, yet the owners of the property thought it wise to go ahead and check her out since she went to the hospital, and essentially “checked out”. They throw away her toiletries that she had paid for. I think this is absolutely despicable. I don’t care if somebody leaves the property by ambulance, they are a hotel guest until 11 AM. You shorted her, you stole her belongings, and just treated her with the utmost disrespect.

I really don’t know where to start about this property. We checked in late about 10:30 PM. The first thing is the toilet didn’t work the second thing once we went to take a shower. All the towels were stained did not look clean the next morning we went to the front, asked for another room and explained it to them that we were having trouble with the toilet The second room was better. It just had been remodeled, but the light fixture in the bathroom was wired together with black electrical tape and they didn’t clean the room very good once I went to take a shower. I looked on the shower curtain and there was a used dirty washcloth hung over the shower curtain needed to say we will not be back in as far as I’m concerned Wyndham needs to be notified, it looks bad for their property. Another thing the management of the hotel was very unresponsive. We asked for a clean towels and an extra pillow and they were very rude, but they did give them to us.

Was welcomed with black hair stuck to shower wall, shower curtain installed wrong so it didn’t close.
Carpets in hallway torn and dirty.
Flooring in room broken.
Hall smelled like cat pee and I could hear a cat yowling intermittently.
Appears that family who owns/runs this lives here and they were just randomly loitering around property.
They were resurfacing the parking lot so I was awakened by pounding on the door telling me to move my car.
I was sick during this visit or I would have checked out and gone somewhere else.

进门就一股印度味,本来很好的一个酒店品牌 就被印度人毁了,床单都是脏渍,可惜…………
这个地方一点也不和谐,地毯很脏,酒店应该有的基本设施也没有,只是一个有床和浴室的房间!
