At check in, I was asked to sign a piece of paper.The paper wasn't legitable, it needed ink in the printer.I told him i'm not signing something I can't read.He wadded it up and told me I had to leave.So that tells me that he's trying to rip me off.So I never stayed at your establishment

When we arrived there was active construction happening in the lobby. They told us that no breakfast or coffee would be provided although it advertised breakfast and our reservation included breakfast. We left and found a better hotel. The lobby was a construction site and loud and covered in dust. They did not inform us of the situation. The front desk staff were also very rude. This is the first time we have ever encountered a situation at a hotel that was this bad.

I have stayed here before and was one of my favorites hotel to stay. Room was descent beds are very comfortable but ran into some Issues with the Internet connecting to TV. Some towels had stains. It was under construction receptionist did say no breakfast due to all the remodeling but did say there be coffee. But NO coffee the next morning!

Floor wasn't mopped. A previous guest put a sticker still on light cover , so they don't clean and sanitize everything.

进门就一股印度味,本来很好的一个酒店品牌 就被印度人毁了,床单都是脏渍,可惜…………
这个地方一点也不和谐,地毯很脏,酒店应该有的基本设施也没有,只是一个有床和浴室的房间!
