Nothing unique but easy to check in and get the room. I know it’s hard to get it clean to perfection and the room was good and clean.

Room was clean and nice.!Most staff was great except the 2nd floor cleaning lady that knocked on our door at 11 am sharp and told us to check out… I told her the front desk approved an extended check out of noon… she didn’t like that and proceeded to bash the front desk which I thought was unprofessional and rude…

Early check in wasn’t an option she didn’t even check she automatically said no then I had to go to work so I asked that no one wake up my boyfriend because he does third shift and I’d be back by checkout to get him an out belongings they were banging on the door at 10:30 an didn’t announce themselves so he had to get out of bed an open the door the staff is just bad they need better staff other than that the hotel is perfect

The staff was absolutely fantastic! I felt so well cared for! My only complaint: Very thin walls made it difficult to sleep.

I've stayed at 3 other extended stay establishments in Cincinnati in the last year yet this was the best...by far!!! The room was clean and did not look old and damaged, unlike the other 3. The kitchen appliances were great.
I had one comment to share with staff regarding not publically posting their policy regarding using products to eliminate germs throughout the room. The staff assured me that they do use such products, which i assumed it did but would have liked to see it.
Additionally, the other 3 had noisy air units which i had to turn off each night to get any sleep. The air unit at MainStays was not silent, but much quieter so i did not have to turn it off at night.

I had a very good experience! This hotel was very clean and quiet, the staff was very friendly, and (especially as a young woman traveling alone) I felt safe. I would stay here again.
辛辛那提的住宿都太贵了，所以我在Blue Ash待了一段时间~ 酒店干净整洁，住得很舒服！员工也很亲切！体验还不错~
