Extended stay said I could extend my stay before 11am…. Arrived back at 12:45 and they had reserved my room for “another” customer…very very inconsistent communications - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - besides my wife and I were greeted with a poignant pungent smell upon getting into the room. The room was not cleaned either and was very unsanitary
