嗯，那位叫基思的员工人非常好，乐于助人，体贴周到。房间只能说还行。卫生间就不太好了。我们水池一直堵着，马桶有污渍，而且冲水的时候声音又大又慢。我们这次住宿最好的地方就是员工，特别是基思。基思，继续保持！

住一晚，一切都很好，清晨离开。
我把车停在后面的时候，有人在我房间窗户正下方的地方抽烟，而且空调开着，所以当我到达时，所有的烟味都吸进了我的房间。我的房间是无烟房，但房间里却弥漫着烟味，人们离开后我花了好几个小时才把烟味去除。顺便提一下，请把吸烟区从无烟区移到其他地方。另外，浴室的风扇噪音很大，需要帮忙。
我带着我的宠物，她一直在床底下找到披萨盒、酒瓶、水瓶，在我们试图玩球之后，当我向工作人员投诉时，他们什么也没做，他们给我提供了另一个房间，我向她要求另一个房间，他们拒绝了，也拒绝给我退款

总体来说，我入住期间很安静。酒店建筑年代久远，所以可能会听到一些水管噪音或关门声。灯光昏暗，但房间设计得不太明亮。入住手续和员工服务都很棒，我之前也住过，当时也是一样。就价格而言，这里物有所值，交通便利、地理位置优越、步行可达，也都很不错。我来北普拉特的时候，只需要一张床和一个干净的淋浴间。我会再次入住，因为与附近的万豪或希尔顿酒店相比，我享受到了同等水平的服务，但花费却少得多。
入住还好，房间很脏，床后的墙上还有洞。枕头上沾满了黑色污渍，醒来后发现腿上有几个咬痕，只能推测是臭虫。浴室很脏，镜子上到处都是污渍，马桶也是黑色的。我只在这里住了一晚，我觉得这大概就是目标客户了，但我希望能住得干净舒适。
我不会再住这家酒店了。虽然客户服务不错，但房间的清洁程度足以让我打消再住速8酒店的念头。房间太脏了，我都不想用淋浴，也不想碰房间里的任何家具。此外，我房间里的迷你冰箱里有很多霉菌，作为一个经常旅行的人，我从未见过这种情况。我觉得把食物放在冰箱里不安全，所以最后都扔掉了。我不会再住这家酒店，也不会再住任何其他速8酒店了。
