如果我说这是尚佩恩性价比最好的酒店！具体Illinois terminal火车站太近了，完全舒适，5分钟的路程，让我很从容。lobby的工作人员很好，还有免费的糖，让疲劳的我喜欢。

我曾多次入住市中心的凯悦嘉轩酒店，尤其是我每年在伊利诺伊大学香槟分校上学期间，家人都会来这里探望我。但这个周末，我的入住体验却非常糟糕。从一开始，我就感觉酒店服务很差，整体氛围也不如以往那样热情好客。入住期间，我们还注意到一些其他的小问题。比如，晚上电视出了点问题，前台工作人员轻描淡写地让我第二天早上再解决（那时我已经退房了），还坚持说我肯定操作有误，因为他看到楼下有人在用电视看视频，并向我保证说可以做到，而不是主动提供帮助。之后，我们发现酒店的早餐质量大幅下降，以前是免费的，现在却要收费，而且感觉不如以前。进一步与前台沟通后，我们得知酒店最近换了新的管理团队。总而言之，从消费者的角度来看，这种变化非常明显，而且绝对不是积极的改变……
千万别住这里
我早上8点20分就被客房服务吵醒了，我打电话给前台，那个女孩很粗鲁，说都是我的错，没挂牌子。退房时间是12点，我怎么会指望客房服务人员早上8点20分就来呢？再也不住这里了！
房间里的电视坏了，一半的灯也打不开。真是糟糕的酒店房间。谢天谢地我们只住了一晚。
酒店非常干净。酒店附近有几家餐厅和夜生活场所，步行即可到达。健身房非常好，可惜泳池区因维修而关闭。
