Tv did not work, dirty rooms, old tattered blankets, dirty bathroom, no tissues, hard to get $100 incidental hold back, bad phone customer service, asked for 1st floor room twice and I was told one was available. Got a 3rd floor room all the way at the end of the hallway. DO NOT GO HERE

Wasn't offered a clean room with workn tv. So I checked out 1 hour after check-in due to dirty room sticky floors ect. Still have yet to get a response or refund.

Very nice hotel for the price, clean, good customer service, convenient and safe .. definitely i'll be using it again and a gain I stayed in some budget hotels in the area and this one is the best by far

Cleanliness of rooms and public areas is non-existent. The bedding smelled bad and the sink was clogged. The breakfast they offer is only milk, bread, cereal and juice. If you don't arrive before 8 o'clock, there's nothing left. The elevator looks like it will collapse at any moment.

Kept my $100 deposit for smoking when I didn’t and refused to return to me. Also my first room was trashed with missing tv and microwave. Hand written check in process cause no ink for printer. Was told the manager would call me and still waiting. Mind u I was offered a smoking room if I wanted so if I planned on smoking why would I not take a smoking room. Makes no aense

I changed rooms as the first had cigarette burns and ash in the sheets. Stained carpets. TV without a cord. Second room was equally as bad. Slept with my clothes on. Do not stay here. Sleep in your car, it’s safer and cleaner.

The rooms were nasty bed was gross things were broken very unsanitary no hot water to shower it smelled really bad the elevator was scary then housekeeping just walks right up in your room without knocking or anything

Jessica was very helpful, went out of her way!! She's the best at what she does and very compassionate!!! She deserves a raise.i hope that you recognize that she is management material. She loaned us a phone cord when I couldn't find mine. Got us coffee for our room, gave us wake up call on time, was just an all around professional attitude.
