Indoor pool was “closed for inspection”. We specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool. Very disappointing. I wish there was a way to communicate in advance and also give a partial refund. The staff was nice but breakfast was out of hot water for oatmeal, coffee was out, only 2 pieces of wheat bread for toast- no bagels, English muffins or white bread and pancake machine was not running. Rooms were clean. Average experience.

The location was nice and quiet near the hospital. We loved the comfortable beds. The soft lush pillows were wonderful.

Our AC did not cool our room. Did not have a good night sleep after traveling all day. I informed the clerk up front on check out, but all I got was oh, sorry about that..... Paid over $175 for 1 night and sweated the entire night. Not thrilled with Holiday Inn. Breakfest was not good. Recommend hit a cafe or anything else.

Boy! I loved this hotel. It was so much better than where we stayed in Dallas – we stayed at the Beeman which you had to pay for parking because there was nowhere to park and they did not have a breakfast and the rooms weren’t spacious. This was FIRST RATE to stay at the next night, considering the first night in Dallas ~ clean, spacious, kind, lots of parking. We were really happy & slept well!

Check in was fast and easy. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
The only complaint if I had one would be the stairwell was dirty with trash.

Handicap parking was sparse due to people without handicap placards or plates took up the spaces reserved for handicap vehicles
