The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. Room pricing was good. Only negatives to our stay was the room had a terrible smell on the second day we were there. We ran the air conditioning to help alleviate the smell but it took some time. Also, the noise from the I-35 freeway made sleeping difficult.

The property entrance was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself was not very clean, it had a strong odor that appeared to be masking foul odors. The bed sheets were very wrinkled and it was questionable if they were washed. We were only there for one night and it was very quick so the room did its job. The major advantage was the location was very close to our venue.

Easy access. Comfortable bed, soft sheets and towels. Large suite room. AC struggled to maintain temp. Really annoying hurdles to access “free” WiFi (sign up for their program or watch a video - repeatedly because it kept kicking me off). Wouldn’t attempt to work from the room on WiFi.

Room was decent. Found a few issues with the sofa bed and you had to flush the toilet like 4 times before everything went down. Pool room was ok but the smell of chlorine overtook everything. The pool stayed extremely cold

The building was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but i have no complaints. The only neutral/negative (not very negative at that) would be that i wished there was a tv guide since the remotes didn't have a channel list option, but we barely had time to watch tv anyway so totally not a big deal if you are staying and have plenty of activities planned like we did. Overall this was a great stay and we are super happy with the hotel!!

The room was clean with comfortable beds. The room had a ceiling fan with a switch on the wall which didn't work. I was quite comfortable without it. The breakfast featured eggs, bacon and sausage along with cereals and yogurt. All items were fresh and tasty.
房间虽然是标准间但是实际上是一个套房，有一个小客厅非常舒服和惬意，我的儿子把耳机落到了酒店，我回去取的时候，前台已经准备好了立即交给了我，非常感谢😊
