The hotel was very nice. There was little information readily given about the fitness area or access. Convenient to the area we visited. Bartender Mike was excellent.

The lodge and the surrounding grounds were immaculate. We loved the businesses, restaurants, and coffee shop options within the resort. I highly recommend this property as it has all of the amenities you want in a 5 star stay.

The view was almost exactly like the pictures online. I was worried we would not have a high enough floor level to see the mountains and foliage but it was perfect.

This was a really great resort to stay at. Me and my husband stayed here for two nights for our honey moon and got a massage together at the resort spa. Despite this being a more expensive resort, all the amenities were great! The food in the hotel wasn’t the greatest for the cost and didn’t have many options. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was exceptional!

I liked that the property had a lot to do. The views were amazing. I didn't like that when I went only 1 restaurant was open and there weren't any fires in the village square in the fire place. It was very quite which was nice but so quite that there wasn't anything going on. I couldn't get a hot chocolate or hot apple cider at the outdoor place in the center. The ice cream place was also closed. I didn't like that I was charged a $50 a day resort fee and I wasn't told about this fee or what the fee was for. I found out about it when I got the receipt at checkout and then Googled what the fee was for. I got two metal water bottles at check in and I was able to access the game room and other aspects on the resort but I didn't know about and no one told me. I didn't like that it is valet parking only. I wish it had warned me before I arrived. The room was very nice. However, I have never stayed at a hotel where the bed did not have a fitted sheet. It was just like a normal cover sheet that was had a lot of static and moved around every time you rolled over. So I basically ended up sleeping on the mattress cover. The AC in my room was also not working properly. My first night there I had the AC set to 65 and the temperature would not go lower than 71 in the room. I called the front desk around 8:45PM and received a call back around 9PM to let me know that someone from engineering was on their way. I waited for over an hour and no one showed up. I was tired so I went to bed.
