酒店回复: We never intend to cause any turmoil with any guest when communicating cancellation policy.With prepaid reservations through online agents it is beyond our control to cancel or refund reservations. The guest must contact the party that originally charged the reservation. There may be cancellation policies in place that were stated when booking. The reservation shows it was a courtesy refund.

For a motel like hotel, the standard was excellent. The room was clean enough air condition was working well refrigerator working microwave working well. The staff was also courteous.

There is only one stairwell leading to the upstairs and the first night only cost 52 plus 10.00 pet deposit but i decided to stay over one more night and they charged me 80.00 plus 10.00 for my puppy and we only had one bed. The room was not worth 90.00 for only one bed and even if there were two beds, there is no coffee pot in the rooms and the motel doesnt offer coffee or breakfast. I would not pay 90.00 again at this hotel.

酒店回复: Our records indicate the rate through the online prepaid booking was $65.+tax and the booking on the next day was $70.+tax, due to usual rate increases on every Thursday and Friday nights. We do charge a $10.00 per night pet fee, which is a value in comparison to pet fees charged elsewhere. We could have offered a cancellation if we had known of your dissatisfaction. We hope the remainder of your weekend was pleasant.

We stayed overnight less than 12 hours. Great location. Can’t beat the price. Area feels safe. Our room was clean. The bed was comfy.

房子比较旧，正在翻新。油漆、床上用品和家具都换了新漆，干净舒适，但不算奢华。考虑到价格，我们很满意。房子外面的维修和粉刷工作也做得很好。
我绝对不推荐这家酒店。酒店经理无缘无故地态度恶劣，非常**。因为我们取消了房间，他就让我们离开，还莫名其妙地辱骂我们。
