Yes. Stayed three nights never offered to clean the room the pool was closed the whole time we were there. And the breakfast was very very bad

The rooms are in desperate need of updating. Cleanliness was very poor. I would not stay here again.

The faux wood floors were nicer than carpet, but they were swept NOY MOPPED and left the feet dirty. Over all the hotel was worth the price

Yes, the room was lacking. The patio door would not lock.
We asked for towels and could not get them.
We couldn't get the shower to work. There was a secret to it.
The service people were really polite and tried thier best. But, when you only have 2 cleaning people for over a 100 rooms, it's tuff to complete everything.
The breakfast room was dirty and no food at 9am.

The jetted tub in my room was great and plentiful hot water! The room was clean however very dated! The breakfast was awful and we didn’t attempt it after the first day! Overall the stay was good!

They could not find my reservation so we had to downgrade. They only had biscuits and gravy, apples, and waffles. The rooms are outdated. Shower curtain and bar in shower not attached well.

汽车喇叭声震耳欲聋。有一天晚上，警察来敲门。这里更像是一家有人居住的酒店。我们要求多拿几条毛巾，他们让我们把毛巾放在外面，说会给我们换。结果他们没换，我们只好自己去要，而且只换了两条。房间里总是弥漫着一股刺鼻的气味，盖过了其他所有味道。房间大小很合适，工作人员也很友好。泳池水很冷，孩子们根本游不了泳。
住宿体验很好，我希望早餐能更好一点，他们说是自助餐，但只有饼干和肉汁，没有香肠或培根，也没有华夫饼、吐司和一些麦片，所以选择不是很好
