Room was clean, A/C a little noisy, squeaky exhaust fan, excellent mattresses. Breakfast was below average quality and selection. Hotel has an EV charger - I wish I knew that in advance. Overall 6.5/10. Not too bad for the money.

Normally we have a great stay, but this room smelled of animal, and the floor had sticky residue on it. And the bed sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. The room just smelled so bad that we had to get air freshener for it.

Front desk person was very unfriendly. Room air was erratic and required constant adjustment throughout the night. Bathroom had 2 conditioners and no shampoo. Breakfast was fine. This did not compare with other quality inns.

This was a great place to stay for a night after being at Hersheypark all day. It wasn’t too far, clean, friendly staff, and free (basic) breakfast was a nice bonus. No bells and whistles but fine for 1 night.

You get what you pay overall was fine. We had key issues where it would not work and had to go back to the front office several times.

I was there at 3:30 to check in. My room was NOT ready and I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes before I could get in the room.
I had to be somewhere at 5:30 and was very stressed over the whole experience.

Hotel hallways and room has a musty smell once you put a/c on room smell was gone . Check in arrived around 8 pm , had to wait for reception person over 30 minutes ring bells and pressing call buttons no answer . . He was alone doing other things until I had to call the hotel phone number which he answered right away and arrived shortly after. Breakfast was minimal at best . No bacon or sausage or even muffins . Orange juice sour . Just half dollar size eggs and toast , Cheerios cereal , apple and coffee . Not impressed at all . Hotel over rated for 8.4 .

酒店地理位置不错，离出口很近。大堂的装修很新潮，但房间和浴室却是老旧风格。不过都很干净。我们太累了，没能去泳池看看。
