这家酒店的舒适度或许符合你对这类酒店的期望。房间设计比较保守，提供了必要的舒适度，但一些磨损痕迹显而易见。注意：位置令人失望，就在高速公路出口旁边。即使你想出去吃饭，也完全依赖汽车。尤马市中心大约10分钟车程，酒店附近只有几家不太靠谱的连锁餐厅。另一个缺点是接待人员：没有欢迎，没有送别，也没有询问你是否满意。根本没人关心。真是太可惜了！

I needed Handicap parking. There were two spaces very near the front doors. But the signs were confusing to me...Reserved Handicap Parking....Reserved for a specific person? I did not use them. I suggest removing the " Reserved" out. Handicapped Parking is enough unless is is reserved for a particular guest.

The young woman at the desk in the morning was very pleasant and thoughtful..

Staff were efficient and readily available, room was clean, although the pillows were too soft, furniture needs to be replaced in rooms, parking was convenient, variety of shops and restaurants near by

All the places the kids wanted to eat were walking distance, and they had good restaurants and shopping across the street. Great area. Hotel was clean, the kitchen staff was amazing and accommodating for my picky 9 year old. I was very impressed.
